By purchasing an item from this website you are agreeing to the following terms.
Returns:
Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase provided…
1) The item has not been worn (trying it on is fine).
2) The item has not been washed.
3) The item has not been damaged.
4) All tags are in place and unmolested.
5) All packaging is intact and unmolested.
6) The item must still be in sellable condition.
7) The product in question is not a dealer package.
We request that you contact us via the contact page in order to ensure it is returned to the correct address. Many of our products ship directly from our vendors, and they will not know what to do with your return without our forewarning them. Each return is handled differently. Hit2Hurt Fight Wear is not responsible for items returned to the wrong address due to failure to inform us that you are making a return.
Underwear will not be accepted as a return due to health reasons.
Age of Buyer:
You must be 18 years or older to purchase items from this site without express permission of a parent and/or guardian. The parents and/or guardians of a minor who purchases items with or without their express permission will be held legally and financially responsible for the purchases of their child and/or ward. We wish we could be more understanding in these cases, but they happen far too frequently to tolerate.
Cancelled Payments:
If you need a credit we will issue one provided it is warranted. Canceling of payment for goods received will be treated as fraud. Civil and or criminal action will be taken for all instances of fraud if we are unable to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We work hard to provide quality merchandise at affordable prices, but we expect to get paid in return.
Communication:
In order to reduce costs all communications will be made by email. We worked hard to provide an accurate order tracking system that is extremely easy to use. Please use it. Phone calls require customer service staff which we do not yet have. As we grow as a company phone support will be added. Please be patient with us.
Delivery Times:
Most orders ship the next day. However, if we run short we will print the item(s) in question on demand. We will contact you if such a delay is necessary. Orders may only be cancelled if we can not fulfill it with in 30 days of the date the order was placed. If the order is separated into more than one shipment, you may be required to pay additional freight without notice. This too is standard practice for online orders. |
